Why is my bird camera offline?

There could be several reasons why your bird camera has gone offline, even if your Wi-Fi connection is strong and your battery is full.

What should I do if my bird camera goes offline?

Here are some steps you can take to try and reconnect your bird camera:

1. Turn the Camera Off and On: Sometimes a simple reboot can fix the issue. Turn your camera off, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
2. Reset the Camera: Use a pin to press the reset button hole near the power button. Hold the button for 10 seconds. Then press the power button 2 times constantly
3. Reconnect Closer to the Wi-Fi Router: Move your camera closer to the Wi-Fi router to ensure it is within range and try reconnecting it.
4. Pair the Device Again: If the above steps don't work, try pairing the device again from scratch. Follow the instructions in the user manual to complete the pairing process.
5. Please click on Application - User - Feedback. Send a message. Engineers will release new firmware for the camera to resolve this issue.

What if my camera still won't connect?

To ensure optimal performance and avoid excessive power consumption, it is recommended not to exceed 150 cloud videos per day.

It is also advisable to set the PIR (Passive Infrared) sensitivity to the lowest setting. This can help reduce unnecessary power consumption and prevent excessive cloud video recordings.
