1. Rotate the antenna 90 degrees sideways to prevent any damage. Unbuckle the roof of the feeder and lift it to detach it.
2. Remove the perch by unscrewing the perch screw in a counter-clockwise direction. If the Hummee extension is attached, unclip the buckles at both ends and gently remove it.
3. Locate the screw for the feeding tray at the back of the feeder body, just beneath the charging port. Unscrew it counter-clockwise and remove the tray.
4. Clean the roof, perch, and feeding tray with a brush and soapy water in a bucket.
5. Use a long-handled brush to scrub the inside of the birdseed bin, ensuring that the silicone covers on the charging ports are securely in place to prevent water from entering the camera.
6. Make sure to dry all components thoroughly before reassembling and using the feeder again
