A: If you've bought the Soliom Plus security wifi camera.
If you changed your wifi password, new address, or router, then you need to:
① delete your camera on the APP. use a USB cable to charge the camera when needed.
② click the cell phone Gear setting WLAN to forget old wifi.
③ please make sure is 2.4G wifi before you connect the camera to your phone. it will pop up automatically when you connect the wifi to your cellphone. For the cell phone, please do not choose a 5G WLAN name.
④use the phone to connect to new wifi.
Then you can use the Soliom Pro APP to rebind the wifi camera with your camera.
B: If you've bought the 5MP or 8MP base wifi camera.
You’ll need to reconnect your SoliomBase.
Steps:
Connect the base to your router using Ethernet
Wait for a solid blue light of the base
Cameras will reconnect automatically
