Here are 2 methods for pairing 4G Security Cameras:
Method 1: QR code scanning connection
Please insert the SIM card into the camera "SIM" port correctly. The end of the chip is facing the side where the SIM letters are printed on the camera body.
When inserting the SIM card correctly. (Please flip the sim card when needed). The camera will show a steady blue light. Then use the cell phone APP to scan the camera body QR code.
Method 2： Bluetooth connection for S600 C10X zoom 4G camera:
① Before connecting, please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
② When the camera indicator light stays blue, put the phone near the camera and click "Add a device". When the app displays the message: "New device found. Do you want to configure it?", please click "OK" for successful connection.
③ If the connection fails, please try below the Method 1
Note:
All the 4G cameras do not support Wi-Fi. After the trial period, please renew your SIM data plan in the app to keep the camera online. Cloud storage is sold separately and is not included with the SIM data plan.

I can’t get either my old 4G cam OR a new one to have the blue light to stop blinking
… even had the same Eiot SIM card work for months in the old cam🤷🏻♂️
Waiting for help… it’s a very slow process
