Steps:
1. Please use a USB cable to charge the camera for 4 hours. Ensure the distance between the separate and the base do not exceed 3.2 feet.
2. Press the camera power button 5 seconds to turn on the camera. The camera will show a steady blue light.
3. Press camera power button 1-2 seconds quickly again. When the camera flashes a blue light. Click the app pan tilt camera icon to bind the separate camera.
