This is usually caused by settings.
Check the following:
1. Default View is set
2. Enable motion detection as' highest '
3. Detection zone is set to Full Screen
4. Motion sensitivity is high
5. Camera calibration is completed
Note:
• The camera only records when motion is detected
• If human detection is enabled, some events may be filtered out
